A powerful motor drives the Qbo.TOOLS, adapting speed and intensity to any preparation and delivering consistent results across the entire Qbo range.

POWER.Mix

A spatula swirls the composition toward the Qbo.CORE, creating a continuous flow that incorporates every ingredient evenly throughout the bowl.

HOT.Jacket

Hot steam fills the jacket surrounding the bowl, gently heating the entire composition in continuous motion towards the bowl walls and centre.

COOL.Jacket

Cold water fills the jacket surrounding the bowl, rapidly cooling the composition mid-process and significantly reducing blast chilling time.

PRESSURE.Boost

Managing pressure levels, Qbo dramatically reduces cooking and processing times while giving the operator full control over the process.
